Decent purchase for £65?
cheers dude I'm confused now lol for £70 i could have a far superior lens but for an extra £50 can have a decent lens which i don't have to give back!
im leaning toward the cannon 55-250 seems to get great reviews and for the money it looks like great value
i would love to mate i just wouldn't be happy if anything happened to your kit dude thanks for the offer tho, i also don't think I've got the skills to do them justice either tbh would be wasted on me ATM!
Cheers for all the suggestions 55-250 looks pretty good value!
DK dont fancy renting think id be paranoid knowing it wasn't my lense and possibly damaging it etc altho saying that the prices are pretty reasonable but i can imagine they wouldn't be prepared to rent it without a deposit if I'm...
Right with being off to Lemans in less than a month I'm contemplating picking up a new lens for the trip
Haven't got huge wads of cash to spend around £300 could be a possibility but looking for something to cover most of the bases and get some decent shots of the cars
I've got a Canon 500D...
Nah thats okay dude, its just the costco ones are highly rated on DW and i use them all the time and find them pretty decent, Just thought not everybody has access to a card so somebody could be some interested in getting some.
The costco one are these...
if anybody wants a pack of Costco microfibres then i can sort that all out before and bring em along
would be £15 for a pack of 36
would prefer payment before to save anybody pulling out etc
Not really sure ATM
will be stripped of the rear seats again with a front pair of Recaros like the R53 version, will be lighter than the standard R56 FJCW only real difference i can see is the 6Pots
So as a non mini forum wadda we reckon?

Okay then if your up on you knowledge and have a decent idea of proper wash techniques and what order to carry out decontamination and stuff then i won't bore you with all that
As with most things its all in the preparation of the paint, having a good clean base will determine the final quality...
Your a brave man, I'll give kudos to anybody who has the dedication to keep a black car long term, think I had my R26 for 4 months that's about all I could handle of spending all morning getting it mint, and after a 10 minute drive it looking filthy again..
In the end I gave up lol
