    Welcome to CS. Most folk use Apex springs, sportlines and prolines, or coilies. Drops range from 30 - 60 with springs and alott lower with coilies

    Good man. Did you give them insurance details? IIRC if you can fit a 5p over the crack/chip then they will repair it...

    I didn't phone my insurance at all mate, just phoned Autoglass direct and they dealt with my insurance.

    If you've got windscreen cover, just phone up Autoglass or the likes, book yo ur car in and give them your Insurance policy provider and number and they sort the rest! Edit: Worth mentioning that they will repair it free of charge to you.. (will cost the insurance company but you won't loose...

    I had to do reversing round a corner, and everytime i started to reverse round it someone would come up from where i was trying to go lol... had to keep going forward and starting again, happened about 4 times LOL... deffinantly thought i had failed then.
