The Eibach springs are matched to the car depending on the weight of the front of the car. The 01-22 are for the lighter 1.2 model and the 02-22 for all other models. David.

The correct springs for the 172 are 10-75-001-02-22. The 01-22 springs are for the lighter engined models and are NOT listed for the 172. The diesel springs are correct for the 172. Eibach had a price rise of over 20%!!! in January. David.

All our systems have a lifetime guarantee which we would not offer if we used "poorer" grade stainless steel than other exhaust manufactures. Our systems are made using 1.5mm thick 304 grade stainless steel while some manufacturers use 1.2mm thick stainless steel. I hope this helps...

Remember that the engine is only a 1.2 so you will never get the type or induction roar that you get when fitting an induction kit to a 1.6 or a 172. We have tried 7 different filters on the 1.2 and none have made a really loud induction noise but nearly all improved the way the engined revved...
