So your cv joint has failed... Did that not make a horrific noise for a long time! Not a cheap fix im afraid you'll need a new joint which will most likely come with a full shaft

Yeah there should be a big nut on the end of that to stop exactly that happening

There should have been a hubnut and split pin on the end of the cv joint..

Id be worried that there was no nut on it mostly

They usually come out the gearbox end

I'm pretty sure it's easier to live with a FWD clip over a RWD convertible with a fair bit more power lol... Plus it's the only reason I could come up to justify it haha

do you see a sinlge vw in any of those pictures haha, it was traded in against an A3 i think, not a CS member as all the bullets are still silver and it doesnt have silver visions haha.

just an addition lol. the z4 will come off the road in a few weeks when the insurance is due, ill run this through to april time then move it on n brinf the z4 back out to play :D was a trade it an work yesterday.. i saw, i wanted, i bought
