How is the haldex unit failing a worry? They're very reliable lol I hate to say it but look for hairline cracks when the wheel is off. Fingers crossed it's just not sealed or a dodgy valve.

An RCD is normally 200-250 where as a genuine RNS are normally about £500. If you aren't worried about DAB you can just get an RCD510 for a 1er.

Are you worried about nav? If not, just get a RCD 510 DAB and save yourself lots.
