id leave the brakes as they are harder to take off and change, just make your buyers aware of that fact.

standard as much as possible as that way you get more value back and you also dont put anyone off with the choices you have made. really hard though as it can involve alot of arsing around to get the original gear back on and selling all the bits off can be a painstaking process. good...
