I use my pressure washer on my painted calipers and its never affected the paint . If the paint is coming off then i'd say its down to bad preparation and not cleaning / degreasing the calipers good enough in the first place .
I did use a bucket originally , now i use a homebrew fermenting bin as the bucket soon ran out of water . Run a short length of hose into the bin through a hole on the lid . A couple of capfuls of shampoo and bobs your uncle . The fermenting bins are only cheap , around a tenner with a lid ...
Karcher . Had it for donkeys years . You can pick em up pretty cheap now . I use a vario lance mainly as it has a high power setting and a rinse setting . I run the hose from a home brew 25 litre fermenting bin ...
I've used one for years . Never had a problem . If you attach a short length of hose to a bucket filled with water and a couple of capfuls of shampoo they create alot of foam , good for giving the car a good prewash soak .
A good alternative to the gilmour ;)
When i had my k800i 3 sent me a text after a few weeks and said that the adverts would be turned off soon . I think it might have been 4 weeks , can't remember exactly now lol .
My mate has an astra LPG . He hardly ever runs it on petrol , only when he starts the car . After it's been running a minute or two it automatically switches over to LPG . If it's installed correctly you'll only see maybe a couple of bhp down on standard which you wouldn't notice . You'll just...
Try a local motor part suppliers ,they usually mix paint . The one i use supplies local garages with parts but sells to the public as well . Always spot on with their colour match .
^^^ The thing is with Aldi . They have a money back , no questions asked policy . If you don't like it you can have your money back . Plus you always get a 3 year warranty so thats got to be worth a few quid in itself .
I know fcuk all about tv's and i'll probably get slagged off to fcuk from the techno geeks ;)

Imports definitely didn't come fitted with an alarm , just the immobiliser . If its a UK version it should have an alarm fitted as standard at the import centre when it arrived in the UK .
Like foxy says , the led is " usually " down by the gear stick if its a standard alarm .
Unless its an import , they didn't come fitted with alarms . Mines an import , has an aftermarket alarm and the led is in the dash .
Water can be a b4stard to trace . Could be what Martin says , rear wash wipe . Could be a leaking rear window or the black grommets on inside the tailgate when you lift the hatch .Also check under the rear seats , water can find its way under there as well . I had the same problem on my 172 and...
If the paints not matching its not matching , simple as . Lacquering won't change the shade it will only give a gloss finish . I'd get back on to autopaint if i were you .
I used autopaint years ago on my Pug 306 and the match wasn't that good either . I use a local motor spares place now and...
Both look pretty good together in liquid yellow even though i'm not a massive fan of the new shape , but 18.5k for a clio  , plus it needs silvervisions ;)
I use wd40 all the time on my black plastic bits , works as good as anything else i've ever tried . Most products just mask the white marks not actually remove them .
Maybe since having your new discs fitted the abs sensor has been knocked . They are suppose to have a specific clearance between the sensor and reluctor ring . I'd check that if i were you , maybe just pull out the sensor and give it a clean . See if that makes any difference .
