The problem is not in the fact youre pre rinsing.
Do you spend £20 on G101 and douse the car in it using your £2 spray bottle..... An excellent, if not the best pre wash going.
Or do you spend £15-20 on snowfoam, which IMO isnt that great, and then a further however much it is for the lance...
Ive had my black car a week. Its my second. Now I remember why I swore id never own a black car again.
Dust.
Do you have detailing spray? That can be good for a quick wipe down - but do it carefully.
£800 for Supersports on the same profile/width!
The RFTs are in good nik. Maybe I should buy two tyres at a time, sell the others on ebay then buy the other two and sell....
Dont have access to spare wheels.
How much are they worth generally? Theres a good 5-6mm of tread left.

Just...
I had 4 hours to do the car so the wax and windows were the priority. Wheel arches are dirty too :)
Rob - Yeah quite concerned. The RFT's are horrid, pelting it down bumpy back roads is a bit un nerving right now and they make for a bad ride and poor handling characteristics. Im saving up for...
No, I went home when I collected it and made use of the driveway, hose pipe and pressure washer. And two buckets.
Back at the house now, feel like Im living on a council estate. I shower twice a day because it makes me feel so poor.
JD Hands off. Do you ever go to Regano Pizza?
Black Hole. And topped with a wax, 10p to whichever b*****d can guess the wax. G1, Rain Racer...... Paintwork is in a s**t state although nothing P1 cant take care of, so machine polish end of May unless its been keyed or stolen by then.
If thats what you know and youre happy with then why not continue.
Also SRP isnt dusty if used correctly.
Maybe Get gtechniq p1 polish and use ur DA to clean the paint up a bit. Remove dead clear etc.
Then apply C2.
Tardis is full of win. Best product evar.
Gally will have to comment on the glaze and c2v2 thing but I think its possible. Get yourself two buckets, some BTBM shampoo or G wash and some decent yellow towels and be done with it.
Im not really into Glazes as I machine polish instead. AG SRP...
My mate was doing this with 2 ATI 5870's and He said it put his electric bills up something rotten.
Im in a shared house now though with all bills paid for so I am tempted to run it 24/7.
His graphics cards were stressed big time and I think one died.
I just use ONR over C5'd wheels. As I will be doing with the bimmer.
I will have to try it having seen all the comments about it.
RE: Last touch Gally, I have a few bulk bottles of it over the years and found it to be a worth while drying aid. I would replace it over Carnuba Spritz or Z8...
Wolfs Ive not tried. But I dont like Wolfs and the guy that runs the show is full of s**t.
Ive got a bottle of carnuba spritz to keep me going for a while.
For use with/after ONR... Im edging towards Last touch. I know its not really a luxury product but it is great as a drying aid and adds to the beading and I can just slap it on when drying without much care at £25 a tub.
What else?
Need to be bulk, cant be IPA based (so not megs 135).
Haha spot on. Why would you want to dedupe etc etc. V7k dont do deduping but it does compress well.
Had the guy that created the GIU for the V7000 talking to use today.
Were going to have to seriously consider linux. Apparently we already have 2008 data center licence.....
Its sat in my shed mate. Ill use it in due course I think, over the next 5 years. Like when I do a machine polish and want to get rid of the dust. :)
I honestly thought it was the worst snowfoam I have ever used.
G101 or nothing.
Total is dog s**t. I got it for free. Used it to clean interior trim on regular valets which didnt really require any dirt removing. I used 1/3 the bottle and its been sat there for months.
Just ordered G1, Big bottle of ONR and some Carnuba Spritz. My 4th bottle over the last 12 months or so...
