Got to use the 50 cal cover up. I'm dead impressed bearing in mind it was all by hand. Nothing else has looked as good on the badman mobil

Like what? I'd say xenons are pretty desirable. You said it had pretty much every optional extra going.
Don't get me wrong it's a nice car but not high spec'd.
I don't agree with that. After the huge update a couple of weeks back DC looks awesome now.

What time you going to view? They start about 5.5k on that mileage on autotrader but tend to be 6 with good options so it sound's fair. It's hard for everyone to comment. Telling us mileage and options is one thing but it's all about condition.
It will be slower than your clio unless mapped. PCV valves are common to go and cause excessive oil usage. Only cheap to replace and can be tested by removing the oil filler cap whist running. If it struggles but runs it's doing it's job, if it stalls it needs a new one.
If it's what you want then go for it buddy. Sounds a decent car and we all know what we like.
Expect 25-28mpg from one though. Oh and if you get it change the cam follower if it's not been done.
Sounds like you are sold on it already tbh. Personally for 6.5k I wouldn't be looking at MK5 GTi's and that's from someone with essentially the same car with 4 rings on the front.
Where are phoenix based Dan? I heard someone else mention them the other day.
Edit, found them. In Bris. Website looks good too - http://www.phoenixenhancementservices.co.uk/
