    Would they class a problem with the exterior door handle as wear and tear? Basically when i unlock the car and pull the door handle it doesnt open the door. . . you need to push the handle in a bit then pull it out (if that makes any sense)

    It would take you a bit of extra time but could you not just add the full names into the Vlookup table? I.e have ENG = England AND England = England LOL Would take a bit of time but that's the only way i can think of doing it ?

    Nope you dont. Go in and have a word; iirc they pay anything up to £200, but the more they give you the lesser spec of the phone they will give for your new contract. So maybe pay half yourself and let phones 4 u pay the rest, then you'll still have a decent spec phone. Best to go in and...

    How long and how much is left on the contract? Some companys like Phones 4 u will give you money to pay off your existing contract if you go with them. I got £200 to pay off my contact
