i bought a ktec unsilenced reccesed exhaust a few months ago and i noticed yesterday that there is water coming out of the joint between the cat and new section so the two questions are why is this happening? and is there a set of gaskets for the whole system as i also just bought a de cat? any...

i had the same problem in mine gets quite scary in the wet i just got a new pair of dampers and that solved the problem for me

st3ve there is a thread on here about solving this problem but all i have done is wedged a piece of copper pipe in the last exhaust mount that seemed to stiffen it up nicely

i got the recssed on mine with cat and it sounds good but i do like loud cars tho bit of a drone on the Mway but good choice as the like nice when fitted proper

im eventually going for aroud 250 300 bhp and just want to know some profiles for cams that have been used the car has got a filter on it and is goin to K TEC for a re map and new exhaust when my cams arrive and depending on the funds gettin the ports matched to so any ideas would be a bonus...

I have an 03 plate 172 cup, i have ordered a cam kit from piper, i want to know the best exhaust, remap and induction to work with this. Also does anyone have any feedback on matched ports. cheers :cool:
