AI seems a lot more placid in the wet after the patch. Just had a lot of fun in the Cayman at Hockenhein in the wet. With the custom FFB profile you can really feel when the cars about to let go. On the limit for 10 laps was hard work, but super rewarding
Ok, so the RS3 is pretty rapid it's safe to say lol
I think he probably must have been through there at least once or twice already, and had just forgotten where he was for that moment.
If that's not the case, then he deserved to die, frankly.
lol, that's so weak. You can put the e-diff into Club Sport mode anyway. Why even bother with the GTi, then. Plenty of other great cars in the Golf lineup without the badge.
A lot of journos don't feel the same way as you do (regarding the i30n). Having been out in a brand new GTI I honestly don't see what the fuss is about. If it's not as focused, then what is it? A car with a GTI badge, and that's it?
Strokes for different folks, I guess. They're obviously doing...
Not played it for couple of weeks and jumped on to do the Cayman Cup. Not sure if it was because I was half cut, or the car but it's a bit of a handful. Had to tweak the suspension a fair bit to stop it from trying to kill me. Also it needs a turbo lol.
First thing i'd be doing is taking it to stage 1 personally. I love the cabin, they're nice cars. Just doesn't do anything for me personally. Heck, even the new Hyundai has more character
Yeah, so far I've only really used it in racing games and Elite Dangerous, but for 35 quid you can't go wrong.
I'm all for VR and ready to bite for gen 2, but for racing sims I actually think it's a bit too much
Few more cheeky snaps from playing over the weekend (The Scottish pub one is missing a menopausal woman at the blinds wondering why there's a hooligan car and a t**t taking pictures)
Also, have been using my ED Tracker for head tracking. It's not quite as good as VR but does help when checking...
Wasn't sure if it was my pedals at first, but during the Clio Cup it felt like the car was losing power. Up Paddock hill I just thought it was the car struggling but it kept happening till I re-engaged the throttle lol. Can't seem to find an issue with the pedal though. Wasn't engine damage...
Lol, yeah 50 is default. Some of the qualifying times the game generates if you end the session early are hilarious, though. I think it was Silverstone national, a lot of them were a good 10 seconds less than you'd ever get that car round there! lol
I've driven the TME a couple of times, wasn't really into PC1 as much as Assetto. Didn't realise I was in the top 30, though with that car, thanks for that
Cricketer? I hate cricket, something tells me you're trying too hard with trolling as well as this lol.
Anyway, it's a dumb...
It's not something you can disagree on, really. There is a fair amount of assistance with a pad. Ask Ian Bell, he's probably the man to listen to lol
You know how much assistance there is with a pad? All my times on pc are with a game pad for PC1. If you think driving with a pad and being faster is because you're better, then I don't know what to tell you lol
Not done much yet naturally, but try Brands Indy with Time Attack Evo, authentic assists, i.e none :tongueout:.
0:43 something
Couple of other cars I've set records with but can't recall, will let you know later!
