Most companies do the dephaser just for the price of the part if doing a belt change at the same time.

Car wise I need to fit the braided lines though its a job I don't fancy. then breakdown cover,euros and clean clothes and I'm set :)

I think it would! this is my old car jacked up slightly whilst the exhaust was off, probably jacked up so little you couldnt get the wheel off. Could just get your finger under there :)

Looks ideal for working on now! Garage looks reasonably decent sized to me, i can just fit a clio in mine :(

I hate those ramps, I always have and always will just jack it up and put it on stands if necessary. Plus reversing on those would rip my front end off.

Never had any issues with spacers on track/road. On hubcentric ones ive always loctited the bolts holding the spacer for reassurance.
