    I need to buy a helmet for trackdays, I know I want an open-face one, but that's as far as I go. Any recommends? Don't think I will be a frequent trackday goer so don't need anything fancy.

    difficult area to remove dents from as well, doubt it can be removed with bodyshop work.

    its just the p*ssing around with the bearings thats the problem, when I replaced my rears for grooved I just bought them with new bearings already pressed in, I needed one new one on the back anyway.

    i've done mine two or three times without disconnecting the battery, I have a bad experience of disconnecting clio batteries, really f**ked up my alarm on my last one.

    yeah this is such a great feature, I have seen it on some VWs, love it. Some (maybe all) 106s have it as std as well.

    that looks awesome, have seen this done on other Mk1s and it didn't look anything, for some reason, yours looks ACE. My advice though, don't do the fogs surrounds and mirror plates.

    very hard, it is pressed into the brake disc, you'll need to get it pressed out by a garage, then the new one pressed in. One of mine went, replaced both when I upgraded my discs and pads.
