i prefer to have the better tread on the front tyres, they control the acceleration\braking and direction of the car, unless you are driving like a f**king idiot I cannot see any reason to put the best on the back.

don't go for 17"s, keep to 16"s and do a subtle drop, wouldn't bother colour coding the bumpers, but maybe the mirrors and bump strips. Change the ariel as said, change the headlights for the dual optics, job done.
