Probably because you cancelled, it makes you different from the norm, so you have been charged.
Makes sense, incase they had probs with delivery/stock etc. Unfair to charge and deliver a month later.
Id rather be phoneless than have to make the effort tbf.
My current sim becomes inactive tomorrow, and my microsim is then active, so i'll be phoneless if it doesn't come tomorrow. Doesn't fuss me too much, i just want my new toy to play with tbh.
You could always go handset only, then come upgrade time in 12 months (Or less when your contract is due) go onto a monthly rolling job, and start a new contract with the release of the new iPhone next year.
Then just sell your handset you could buy now, Voila.
Join the dark side.
I stuck to 500mb going by previous bills and only going up to 1gb once when streaming sky sports for a few football/rugby games whilst at Uni.
Now at home, wifi will be used mostly so no point but ill keep an eye on it as still connect at work, on the move and at the gym, you can always up it...
I think they are great, phoned 3 times this week and through to an english person within a minute.
1gb is fairly heavy usage, apparently less than 5% use this amount.
If you lump about £500 now for a 16bg 4S, you can go on 02 simplicity for £21.50 per month for 12 months, this can leave you...
If your getting 10% off, probs better off getting an expensive contract. (£42), and having £4.20 off per month. Just do a few calculations to see what suits your needs the best, e.g. how flexible, how long, how much you can lump now, how much you want a month (£21.50-£40) dependant on 02...
Promoted into Div.8 now, drew my first two games. Both could have been won which was annoying but oh well.
Still at 15-6-16 In terms of win, draw, loss which is annoying me! 2 promotions and no relegations though!
Exactly. You could also have a longer/cheaper contract this way too.
I went 02 simplicity, as id rather pay out less each month, and just lump it now.
Otherwise, id have gone 24 month, but chopped in and upgraded myself when the new one came out.
Anyway, 3 more days :)
Why does it matter when the 5 comes out relating to your contract though, as you will only sell your iPhone privately in order to buy the iPhone 5 if it comes out anyway? Unless you want to change the type of contract with the release of it, eg, going from 12 month to 24 month to get the iphone5...
That reason won't be the single reason for the increase in demand, but it most likely will have played a part, as well as the timing due to contracts, people expecting the 5, but then the fact the 4S came out, they ordered that anyway.
