I would just enjoy it for what it is and build up some no claims and savings for a faster car when your abit older. A 1.6 Clio is a nice car for a 19yr old.
Please don't take this the wrong way but you might be better off cutting your loses and ebaying the current lump, some numpty is bound to buy it then putting the money towards an engine complete with loom, keys. etc, would be alot easier.

It looks good on the Borbets I would either colour code your bump strips or at least have the bullets black as it doesn't really work without your current rims.

I would be tempted to forget about the centre caps all together and just getsomething engineered to cover the wheel bolts etc perhaps similar to that used on the 172ff or dynamique wheels and have that matt black aswell.
And seeing as i ve spammed this thread no end as Christopher says give the reg number of a FF 197 to get hold of some drilled pedals from the parts department. You could look into aftermarket aluminium pedals but you may struggle to find some that are oem looking and tasteful.
