if you are going to go to all the trouble and expense of doing this
you may as well get a 172/182 engine put in as it wouldnt really be all that cost effective and marginal power gains
for the money you would spend you could pick up an early ph1 172

take into account i have put new discs and pads on front ( brembo max and yellow stuff) but done over 2500 miles with them on

dont know like i have hade mine on ( Brembo max-grooved ones and yellow stuff pads from k-tec) and they in my opinion are rather good only noise is when breaking at about 5-10mph
