With the 172/182 i think i would spray them dark first , let them dry ,then spray the lighter colour of the top and just wipe the lighter colour off the raised bits .
Just been out again in the car and this time it worked spot on . Didn't need to hang it out the window when i started it up . Picked up 4 possible mobile sites and 3 fixed cameras .
Shows that my speedo is over reading very slightly . I'll give it a good blast on the motorway and see what...
I've put mine slap bang in the middle of the dash , behind the little square on the windscreen . It wasn't giving me my speed so i checked if it was receiving a gps signal and it wasn't . I held it out the window and reset it again put it back on the dash and it worked .Don't know if i'm gonna...
Got to Aldi in Blackburn this morning at 8.45am , lots of old gimmers queueing . Didn't think much of it but they all made a dash for the pile of Talex , lol . They were all gone by 9.10am .
To update you need the subscription kit , which includes the usb lead which you need to download the...

I can highly recommend the extreme body wash n wax shampoo , better than the megs stuff . If your gonna use the EGP you might as well use the SRP imo . Get yourself a good lambswool wash mitt from them...
I had a problem with camcorder ( actually me just being thick , nothing wrong with it , it turned out ) when i phoned Pixmania it was the English office i spoke to , and i had to send it to Canon in the UK .
^^^^ I wouldn't bother with the remap if your considering future mods , like s/s cat back exhaust ,decat , air filter , manifold matching etc .... remap afterwards .
Pmurray on here is supposed to be good at remapping .
I see they've gone back to conti tyres as well . I wasn't overly impressed with them on my 172 , plus the fronts only lasted 7.5k . It doesn't say if they were developed for the 197 like the exaltos were for the 182 .
I'll stick with my 182 , when its time to change i don't think i'll be...
I'd guess it was the clip on the cv boot , rather than the cv boot itself , they are pretty weak and snap easily . Pack it with cv joint grease and jubilee clip it .
I had both mine go on the 172 , grease all over the wheels . As soon as i got my new 182 i put 8mm cable ties over the clips...
Some insurance companies frown on things like intellistarts . Go for a company who actually know what the mod is all about .
Adrian Flux are pretty clued up on mods .

You might have to buy cold air feed as well , not sure if they sell the bellmouth separate .
Agree with martynh . Pixmania were miles cheaper for my camcorder than anywhere else, plus the model i bought wasn't actually out in the UK for another 6 months and you get 2 years warranty instead of the normal 1 year warranty . Delivered from France in 36 hours :)
