some games require port forwarding to enable communication between the internet and my computer on the otherside of my router.

I managed to get my home wireless network all set up last night, but would now like to try some online gaming and am thinking of starting with CS Source, what ports need forwarding? UDP/TCP? and I understand I need to fix my ip on my games computer. Thanks, Gareth!
