The night shift with Felix gave me the chance for some solos last night.
Don’t enjoy it anywhere near as much as team based play.
Clearly it’s where all the cheaters and campers hang out. Two blatant cheats with them miraculously knowing exactly where in a building I am despite me having cold...
About two minutes later he killed me with a single headshot whilst I was jumping.
We watched him for a bit and he kept zooming into buildings without it appearing anyone was there. He was super suspect.
I bought mine from an early batch from
@NorthloopCup and he was pretty crystal clear at the time that they were designed for track use.
If you’re smashing 15k Miles of english weather on them, they’ll erode and wear like any other part.
When I fitted @NorthloopCup kit to the charged flamer, it made a very noticeable difference on track.
In fact, I’d say decent suspension set up (I was running ASTs also), coupled to a gripper and the roll centre kit made more of a difference to track performance / lap time than the charger itself.
Good vid Potato. It makes me happy and warm inside that the mk1 is alive and well and doing what it should be doing after so long.
Was this your birthday track day? If so, glad it was such a good day and knowing the three of you I’m sure the pit lane antics were just as amusing 👍
You welcomed...
I’m missing this atm, as sad as that sounds.
It’s good fun and a good relief, but having a 5 day old certainly means I’m either too tired to play or doing other stuff!
Someone else best take over Friday duties i’m afraid....
My longer term plan is a shallow pit with a Scissor lift. That way, you can cover the pit for suspension work etc, but gearbox etc you can stand under it.
