Re: RB182 Diary
Price? :) Im definitely getting some of this :)
Is this just available at all tracks if you ask around? Was looking at starting with Bedford to start off with for my first track day. Can't exactly class FCS as track experience.
Re: RB182 Diary
Any more details on the track tuition mate?
Quite keen on getting this done. Your car is looking really good mate. Not usually keen on F1s but this does look pretty f*cking cool. R26R styling :P :)
Got mine all sorted alot simpler than i thought and the locking wheel nut came out quickly with Fred's drill :)
Feel relieved now and just have to get the MOT out the way in 2 weeks, should pass tbf.
Was saying to Fred i was looking at getting some 2118's and got told off. :( lol.
Couldn't think of an alternative though with it still looking good. F1's arent for me!
Was only a simple hand polish. I'll be giving it a full machine polish after the winter i think as it's in ok condition atm.
Used a german applicator and Vanilla Clearkote Polish.
Collinite and Victoria's Red wax have both been used on the car! :)
Sonus tyre black stuff
Trax has the 0-60 on the hill which i enjoyed watching. Was nice to lie on the hill and watch.
Can FCS not be at a different location next year? Think that would be the only way id come tbf.
Gave the 182 a simple detail today, bit of hand polishing, bit of waxing. Simples. :)

Will be taking note for my holiday to Ibiza in a few weeks and make sure the missus does on her peasant blackberry
Cheers for sharing this. :approve:
Im trying to quickly get out my overdraft, have to pay £20 to sort out the CV joint tomorrow and my locking wheel nut won't budge on the back left, but that's staying until a tyre is punctured or i change wheels in a few months!
Lucky sod, but you may have jinxed yourself!
I hate the way that the colours etc come out once they have played with them. Really gets on my nerves and i think they should use a different photographer next year.
I went for one layer and im going to see how it goes over the next couple months.
One layer lasted ages on my old car :)
I just used a wire brush before hand, then applied the silver hammerite!
