I bought my last car (a red K 1.4 clio) From a garage near the NEC in birmingham.. the clutch went a few weeks after buying it, when they took it out, they saw the whole of the shassy was crumpled, and had been badly welded back together, basically 2 cars put together, was a complete write off...

My ex had remote start on his calibra.. it rocked, Turned heads all the time, made people jump too. And definantly good for the cold mornings. The novelty never wore off. Tis illegal though.. not supposted to leave a car running unattended ?

i bought clear indicators from FJ performance.. the rectangle/oval ones (for 1992 clio).. for £15.99.. deliverd a few days later. Not sure abou the bulbs, halfords will sort that for me.
Daz, the corsa that came to the meet had the darkest you could go thats legal.. wasnt too expensive either, was £250 for it all i think, and teh back window.. you couldnt see in, but you could see out. He had good contacts though.. so that price might be lower than you can get.
Weird that i just found that post.. i had my car lowerd 35mm at the front last weekend, and the back is getting done this weekend, But i wasnt sure how much to lower it.. i think having them even will work the best.
Im glad to say ive had no bad accidents (Touching wood) although i did have a scarey moment on my 6th driving lesson.. was going about 55mph up a long straight road.. when the front drivers side tire blew.. car swered quite alot, but with my instructors help we slowed the car down without...
erm.. sweeney, you must have me confused with someone else, because ive always wanted to get it lowered.. and its not a 1.2 ;)
And im fine thanks, keep looking at the car. its a 1.4 and next up is the body kit!
