I actually spoke to someone from TrackGroup at an event we covered not that long ago, they had a few interesting things to say...a lot of these places are as bad as each other.
Few things, cabin quality is pretty good but not VAG...The engine note at stock is a little less driver orientated, it's a little like driving a rapid bubble.
But on the whole, they're extremely well put together. 280ftlbs of torque means it leaves the GTi and the Meg in the acceleration...
Point 5 better than PS4. So it's the better console, right? NOT NECESSARILY. Don't give it a score then. When did the kids take over.
"Alright Dave, got a PS4 yet?"
"Yeah, 8.7."
Not much to report. Been busy moving so it's just sitting hanging at the moment. Going in for it's MOT on Sat and going to give it some winter protection before the months out. It gets hammered daily though that's all that matters :D
That link was for one particular 3rd party game where the developers weren't happy with how their build ran on the console at the time, and was strictly their choice. I don't honestly think Forza 5 was running on a PC at E3.
In an apples to oranges comparison an ITB F4R is not substantially quick enough to out pace 'considerably' a healthy standard one. It's subjective though as 'leaving for dead' is obviously opinionated lol.
A low boost FR4 is what, 240-260BHP with torque ranging from 220 to 240ft lbs. How can...
Yeah it's like furmark, it's known as a GPU killer as AMD cards do not throttle when using it. Honestly don't bother with stress testing it's a mugs game. Just use the machine...
Three good things have come out of Crytek. Cry Engine in general, Crysis and the original Farcry.
They don't really have a track record for making good games. Just good looking ones.
I didn't try any of the 'expansion' style games they released after AC2 (which was an excellent game). AC3 was fantastic for the first, 60-70%. But it seemed to me like they'd attempted to make this expansive awesome world and just either lost interest or ran out of funds lol.
Some of the...
Oh I'd believe it. It's always a mad panic with console launches. It's very difficult to push your dates back when you're in line to launch with the console itself. Rushed through quality control, removal of objects and textures is the easiest way to increase performance.
This game is apparently leaps better than 3. I've got it ready to play but have yet to get around to it. Think it's getting over shadowed by next gen launch. It is on PS4/XB1 though.
It's not quite as bad from what I've read but BF4 certainly isn't free of bugs. I spent half hour on one of the campaign missions only to die and a checkpoint to bug out. CBA to play it now.
Think it's been revealed that they pushed it through QC just to beat Ghosts. Knowing what we do now I...
That's not necessarily true though. Especially when it comes to games. In reality threads don't scale well enough to do things must more complex than handle networking or small elements. Wouldn't you prefer an architecture that wiped the floor with what we have now with lesser cores? I think...
