Well im avoiding rotary with it being renault. I know what DA is capable of (Or rarther what it isnt) and ive gone through MK2 PH2 clios with Power finish with ease before.

How bad are the wheels, Bilberry isnt the most powerful cleaner in the world. If you wanrt acid based, use wonder wheels, if you want non acidic, which is just as good if not better IMO, use Espuma Revolution Wheel cleaner, you can get 1L bottles of it. Needs aggitating with a brush. As for...

I dont think so, I used Autoglym Glass Polish to remove some rain marks on my windscreen once but i would never use it to try cut away scratches.

Wont touch it. You need some stuff called cerium oxide, and some felt pads, i got mine from ebay. Takes time to do it though.
