Clio Extreme 1.2 - As a 1st Car 8/10 because it is nippy, has good spec, good looking and i got it cheap but if it wasnt my 1st car i'd say 4/10 because its not fast enough.
Why put a screw driver throught the seat :s its one thing stealing something but to then put the boot in by vandalising it aswell that would make me even more angry, if they get caught and i was the judge i'd give them the maximium sentance then jst add another 2 years to put the boot in like...
well they use more fuel although the modern auto's arnt much worse than manuals, there are times where i would like an auto like when your messing around round town changing gear constantly for speed bumps etc.
i may take it in to be looked at, it happens even when i have the handbrake on its realy annoying because it just sounds like its damaging my gearbox everytime i put it in reverse
9/10 When i put my car into reverse it crunches and i don't no why its realy annoying the cars only a 55 plate so maybe the clutch needs adjusting or something, i now when possible srart the car in reverse with the cluch in obviously so it doesnt stall just to avoid damaging my gearbox.
well i have the extreme 4 and the dynamique has a sunroof, electric mirrors, rear head rests, side airbags, auto wipers and headlights that the extreme 4 doesn't.
I'd much rather have a slightly slower car with aircon, you'll regret taking the aircon off when your sat in traffic in summer with your window open breathing in diesel fumes etc just to go unoticabley faster every now and again.
I had one just like it but a 51 plate on order but it had a lot of engine problems when it had its network Q inspection, lovly car mate very clean and good condition
Well the mileage is pretty high for its year at 29500 but basically it was a non profit sale because they messed us around with another clio and only let us know the water pump, cyclinder head and timing belt had gone on the day we where suposed to pick it up. But still a mega bargin, i no a lad...
Picked this 55 plate Clio Extreme 4 up on wednesday.Got 29500 miles on the clock. Its got air con and a cd player (optional extra's). Got it for £3500 from a vaxhall main dealer. Very happy with it so far think its going to be a great 1st car for me.
Ye get your bumper fixed off her nisurance mate, a nice claim for whiplash aswell while your there :) the way i see it is iyou hit someone they'd claim off you so get your retailiation in 1st.
the sticks gone on my mates alluminium tax disk holder in his saxo, he had it on his dash and he went round a roundabout and it very nearly went out the window that i had open, good job i caught it quick
I no they all have different names i was just saying it could be confusing, the comonrail is how they got the diesels to be good before them they wern't great where they.
I can see why you got confused mate because it says dci which stands for diesel commonrain injection, where as vauxhall diesels are cdti commonrain diesel turbo injection, there is no mention of a turbo in the renaults even though they ahve them
I just wanted to know out of intrest realy, just one of those things that i thought hmm i wonder, and you can look on the trip computer how many miles before you need to fill up if you need a more accurate fuel figure but generally speaking you fill up before it gets to 1 bar anyway.
Why doesnt the clio 182 have the digital fuel and temperature guage like the normal 04 > clio's. Just wondering because it seems a bit strange for the flagship model not to have a feature authentiques have :S
Its very dissapointing isnt it mate, but atleasy you have a good car to drive round in the mean time, where as i'm waiting to pick up a car but don't have one in the mean time as its my 1st car :(
a corsa sri isnt as fast as the clio but at the end of the day you choose the car that makes you happy becuase its your car, whats it like then mate is it the 1.8 corsa C SRI, also the running costs will be less if its the corsa C Sri only group 9 insurance i believe
do a moneysupermarket search mate alot of it can depend on area, i know a lad who put the same info as me but with his address which is 2miles away and his quote was £200 extra just off postcodes
yeah but it could also encourage you to drive faster as the loud fast music gets you carried away, and i dont think "it was the radio's fault" would stand up in court ;)
