I wasn't unhappy with it, it did however need a diff, which was my next job but the list kept getting bigger. I wouldn't do it again though, not unless in the position to store it, which unfortunately I wasn't hence the sale. A road car is a compromise, always will be as you've clearly pointed...
Hand brakes fine, sat on my rents drive ok last weekend and that's almost the steepest part of Surrey. lol.
Yeah, if the wheels are a wee bit too far over out of the corners it can snap at you a fair bit. It's great fun though! It is extremely quiet though as you say, only audible tone is the...
I know, they really are one of the most understated hatches out there, with a remap I can easily imagine it's a proper weapon, it's quick as it is.
When the wheels are off, need to get the tyres swapped as she left Falcons at the front and relatively decent tread P-Zeroes at the back lol...
I much prefer it without mate personally. Goes with the understated'ness. It's the same reason there is no point in de-badging it. Most folk don't even know what MPS means lol.

I have most of the games in the humble bundle :(
PC Gamer are not shy in giving average reviews, not sure who reviewed it at IGN but I guess you either find the games humour funny, or you don't.
There is that tubby little sasquatch looking bint at IGN, some of her reviews are devoid of logic.
EDIT: Nope, wasn't her
So things to do at some point.
Rear discs and pads
refurb alloys in light metalic grey. (Not sure yet)
replace splitter and possibly respray front bumper.
repaint side strips
remap.
I had a quick go at this the other week. The cars when playing at normal play speed seem to be made of tin and crumple too quickly. It is a good bit of fun though.
Well despite it all, I'm still swaying towards the Xbox. Always have done, I'm not even really sure why. Probably just the lack of inspiring games on the PS4
