Had pirelli p6000's on my old 306 and found the grip pretty good .
Then on my old 172 mk2 the contis wore out on the front in 7.5k miles .
Then moved on to toyo proxes t1 -s's , grip in the dry was good , in the wet not as good as i hoped , crashed the car on a left hander ,lol
Then tried...
How do you know its " both " front brakes that are squealing ??
Could be a snapped rear suspension spring ?? Not uncommon on this model so i hear .
MrBillyUK !
I'd do em myself mate now you have the paint .
If they do look crap then take em to a body shop .
Follow the steps wiggz says , you might want to give a rub down after 1st coat of lacquer as well for a smoother finish ,especially if you've got the orange peel effect .
MrBillyUK !
Ever considered changing your phone to sky talk , my bills dropped slightly when i changed over from BT .
Never had a problem with NTL ( touch wood ) . Been with em over 4 years now , not the cheapest but in all that time i've only lost connection twice .

Have you owned the car from new ? If so and you know where it was serviced they " might " have the details on their system . Try and get a new , blank service book from Renault UK .Explain the situation .
Tel 08000 723372
Or check out ebay ...
I use any , Holts , Halfrauds own , just make sure you get the concentrated stuff , not the prediluted stuff cos your paying for water.
F*ckin rip off

Its called " wash n f*ck off " lol ;)
Sorry , i just couldn't resist !!

Well its about time they opened their eyes . Labour rates are f*ckin extortionate , its not as if the parts are that expensive and they could easily charge competitive prices and still make money .
No wonder people go elsewhere .
MrBillyUK !
It gets better ! Wait until your 72k service with cambelt and spark plugs ,lol .
Its about £450 just for the cambelt at Sunwin Renault Preston
MrBillyUK !
Thats the way it goes though , sad but true . Some people want the convenience of a quick deal , part ex for new .So they have you by the short and curlies and give you well below the market value . Thats how they make their money :(
Privates sellings the way to go , but once your cars gone it...
^^^^^
Your right mate . Some people haven't got a clue , some are priced miles under .
Always price it a couple of hundred over and be prepared for the haggle , price it under and your giving it away .
Alot of people say that the new rs clio will affect the price of 172's / 182's but imo i...
What exhaust and filter you got on ?
So if you get an unlocked one you can just do a straight swap with your standard ecu and it just locks itself again to your car ?
Did you tell your insurance about it ?
Can Renault not f*ck it up if they have to reset your ecu ?
Lots of questions...
Powerflow in Burnley are sh*t hot .
Made me a 172 cat back stainless and fitted in 90 mins , £270 :)
They have franchises throughout the UK , one in Warrington but obviously don't know how good they are . I'm guessin they have to be of a high standard or they would lose their franchise ...
Just fitted some silver visions today !
Looks miles better than the standard orange ones , but what a b*stard to fit :(
You need the hands the size of a small child , fiddly as f*ck to get the offside one in , i dropped the bulb and holder into the engine bay and didn't think i was gonna...
Not sure mate .
From what i've read on here after market airfilters / induction kits give no extra performance gains or very little , i guess its the same for exhausts , more noise than actual power gains .
Probably smooths out the power curve a little and it raises the rev limit to...
6.5K If your lucky ^^^^^^^

Seeing that your supplying your own parts , have a word about knocking at least the VAT off , they dont need to put it through their books if its just for labour ;)
