    How long to remove and fit inlets?

    removing the inlet and plenum... 45 minutes taking your time, refitting 30mins ? (I would say that for a first timer)

    Less rotational mass... less weight for the engine to spin around, in theory less weight for the engine to turn = engine revving up quicker

    Got the work done through Prima racing... They lightened the fly wheel and dynamically balanced it with the clutch assembly They managed to take a touch over 1kg off the whole assembly :) Anybody in the Midlands area I would recommend Prima, although they dont seem to be "mentioned" in...

    Bad news man... Looks like you where VERY lucky though! Hopefully the damage isn't too bad, similar thing happened to my friends 106 gti a couple of years ago the manifold caught something in the engine bay and the whole bay went up in flames.. But that wrote the car off
