No I think 45 is just right 30 is just over an inch so you wont see much difference IMO like you say

Totally up to you how low you want to go personally i was going to drop it around 45mm but never got round to actually doing it unfortunately.

I had one for two years not much performance to be had out the engine with it being a 1.6 n/a I would lower it and enjoy it. Unless you have a diesel you can get more out of them I believe

I think all GT's have the projectors if you want hids. I didn't lower mine in the end as I decided to trade it for my 200 but wish I had. Did track it though great fun :)

yeah very simple think it's just a bracket if i remember right then stick relay in with two wires to battery. Make sure you get the phillips ones though a bit pricy but better than the tacky stick on ones you can get

I had a K&N induction kit on mine a 57i DO NOT DO IT the noise is superb but the heat soak is ridiculously terrible just get a panel filter. I put GT badges on the front and rear and DRL's on too. That was it and to me it was perfect maybe could of been lowered as they look like there on stilts...

Castleford would be okay a bit further for me but i wouldn't mind as i live near Hull. Not been to a meet and been on here for 3 or 4 years overdue one really lol

Yeah that sounds good i'm sort of in the middle of York and Selby so would be ideal

Can some one give some advice i got a set of R888's for my GT last year but since sold it it and now have a 200 cup. Issue is the cup has 17's and the GT was 16" I'm struggling to find a set of wheels relatively cheap would people recommend? or would it be better to sell the set i have and and...
