What are you wanting? I have prolines in mine, doesnt drop the car a massive amount but handling is great! And the ride doesnt feel any different from standard.. Sportlines give more of a drop, cant comment on the handling or ride quality of them.. As for H&R i never even looked into them...

In many, many, many, years a MINT car with Extremely Low milage (Sub 10k- Dont even think there is one that low tbh) might be worth a bit to someone but cant see them being worth loads

They will always be adjusting if the suspension is moving around, if the car is standing still the should eventually stop
