My 182 only made 164Bhp when i had it on scoffs rollers :o im no longer alone :rasp: he did think my timing was out though...

I have prolines in mine, doesnt drop the car a massive amount but handling is great! And the ride doesnt feel any different from standard..
Sportlines give more of a drop, cant comment on the handling or ride quality of them..
As for H&R i never even looked into them...
They are mate, they are a mates, he has the holes filled with fiberglass and smoothed off then sent them to Chris Powell off here to have them wrapped in carbon
In many, many, many, years a MINT car with Extremely Low milage (Sub 10k- Dont even think there is one that low tbh) might be worth a bit to someone but cant see them being worth loads
