Cant do that mate, Its being used a track car so need it sorting properly

Any suggestions? We had our car sound tested for track today and it was 108db so need to get to 95db, Been told to bang a sports cat in, Wonder if it would be easier to flog the Yozza and get a new system? Trying to do it as cheap as possible Any advice or suggestions would be great, Thanks
