i baised my car on this car. saw it in the flash and realised i had done a better job.
thats not denying its a nice car, just needs TLC
get your washer blanks C/C'd FFS and make them fit.
theres more pressing issues. mainly the interior.
plus i thought you were not spending money on it?

i dout they will find much at renault tbh, diesel is thinker than petrol so it mayb efouling the injectors slighty, but as mentioned theres redex, i feel that after a few tanks of petrol been put through her she will be fine

how many miles have you done in the car since??
has it had a good run to get hot etc etc
is it just the idle or is it lacking power elsewhere in the range.
diesel acts like a lube, making the services the fuel had touched sticky to carbon. then things...
forged rod is slightly shorter, or in our experience anyway. thus making the volume of the chamber when the piston is at TDC larger, the aim of high compression is to get that small as possible.
point there isnt one, get standard ones balanced and stressed. forged ones are .5mm shorter, oh for boosted setups but makes a difference if your wanting a high compression engine.

ok i admit i explained it badly.
slide everything off the top after unscrewing the nut, keeping it all in order.
slide the cover off your old shock onto new shock (cover is a black plastic bit similar diameter to a bog roll tube, with a rubber end...
think the cat is same place, most cat back stainless systems have a slight bit of ajustment anyways.

one bit of rubber goes under neath and one ontop of the hole it goes through, but first you need to take the cover off your other shock as it incorperated the bump stops.
there should be instructions in the box btw

clio's dont have an air flow meter, but they do have a MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure)
i personally thing a new coilpack should have you on your way if its how you descibed, it sounds like a coilpack anyway, obviously its a lot easier to diognose when im infront of the car, but i have...
if you were an hour closer i would pop over and sort ti for you dude. post a pic of your engine bay and i might be able to see/tell you where your going wrong :D
also have a look on the back of the engine, there should be a little box covering the ECU, wires will be inside like a rubber bodded crap, make sure none of the wires are chaffed
