yeah MPG is a real killer.
but 130bhp was pretty easy to obtain tbh
with a working ecu and a decent map the k4m engine has plenty to give.
i have high lift cams in mine and its pulls all the way to 8k. feels like it has more in it :D
lpg conversion so i have more weight in boot. so i was correct saying all the way up. utter rubbish rear springs tbh
eibach rear springs FTW :D
see wound up and no travel :(
since being welded back together
she has been sprayed
and re-assembled
sorry this picture is on its side.
putting the heated windscreen in
then the rear windows
notice the +10bhp sticker
and the car is now finished but it was dark and i forgot to get pictures.
few little tweaks...
when i got my wheels coated i let them harden for a fortnight, then applied over a month several layers of AG extra gloss potection, and then few coats of colinite wax. and mine have always been good to clean :D
ignore those who say i wouldnt bother
i went for a boddied 1600 much to discust of 99% of people on here.
need less to say if its possible and you wanna do it, do it.
if your like me you will only do it once though
on all 4 routes i made it go up a section of road that has a mega jump.
i mean take it at 45 and you will be nearly 1m in the air. we could stop there for some pics if you like.
