have you got a desktop in the house? you could possibly take the hard drive out and stick it in another PC to get your stuff like photos off etc. maybe a mate you trust that could do this for you? then go buy your MBP and a external hard disk for backups :rasp:

i get to choose what i do so im going on my sharepoint courses soon :D i think the practice exams are more helpful that anything if you have plenty of experience, i found i had to concentrate more on how MS were trying to ask me a trick question than the actual technical knowledge although...

the problem with free roam is there is only ever about 5 people on the ENTIRE map which is rubbish

ive got 2 laptops in here where ethernet will work without any specific driver but i know some of the dell desktops at work wont so there is no strict rule for every computer. come to think about it, the dell laptops at work also work with no driver so stop arguing that it 100% wont work, ta!

My boss wants to setup a nagios machine for our site but our firewall blocks apt-get etc so he has to take it home every tome he wants to change it haha Obviously we don't control the firewall :rasp:

we have a calllogger pc it's ancient and slow, doesn't log calls, just who you are ringing, when and how long for etc. we always get managers ringing up going can you check ext **** for this day and tell me what calls were made lol not cisco but similar stuff in our place.

if you are on office 2007 start a new doc, go to the 'data' tab, go to 'get external data' > 'from text' > select your file and follow the wizard.

our dells at work come with 2 discs... 1 is the OS and the other is all the crap... simples!

if it is under warranty... go on their online chat support, tell them that you have tried known good ram and it worked but yours is faulty and they send you more in the post without taking the originals back. i do this at work all the time although ive never blagged any i didnt need yet lol
