o well we shall see what they say when they value it hopefully by the end of the week they said.
if i got it back wouldnt it be a CAT D or C (or something)
as i was trading it in, i'd want it written off so I can have the pre-accident value out of it to buy the part ex car in straight cash
yeah just run sysprep. there is a cd key on the MS site that lets you activate OEM windows haha
edit: doh i see that is your problem i dont know why it doesn't work for you :rasp:
I think I will be saying tara to my car soon.. I went to the garage and put a deposit on a dci which I was going to part ex the 182 to for this weekend. I just do too many miles and I don't drive the 182 like it ought to be driven anymore.
So that was all ok up until this morning, when someone...
i installed windows/drivers...
join the domain...
added all the software, data sources, patches, hotfixes etc..
left the domain...
then took the image.
works for me.
i'm on 18k and i think my boss was pleasantly surprised with my standard of work.
i should really look at our helpdesk software and see what kind of problems the other guys solve and compare myself :rasp:
to be fair we have a government network in our place that we aren't allowed to touch...
i found my bosses CV and he was on 9k more than me in his last job, i've got a feeling he might be on similar or slightly less because his last job involved a lot of travel and bumped it up a bit.
