that guide should give you a good idea - that is for changing springs - obviously once you have got the whole shock/spring unit out you can start fitting the coilovers
went round to my mates yesterday to lend a hand helping him get the engine out, ended up sticking that in the boot. looked coool :D

i wouldnt really go far, there are several recommended places to go on here that seem to be dotted up and down the country.

I've got the Janspeed/Ktec one (along with a milltek cat-back)
it makes my engine management light come on (not sure if it's the cat/cat-back/combo of both) that causes it and I have to get it reset or it fails MOT.
i played it for a bit this evening on PS3
bearing in mind it is a 500mb download and not a multiple gb dvd then it is good.
The graphics werent great but that is due to filesize imo.

when i used to play CoD online i used to make sure my FPS was locked on 125
now i don't care tbh, every time i check my PC seems to run games 100+ so no problem...

i think i did a right skid in to turn 1 on that ghost lap, seemed to have worked out well though
I might try the middle CSR on donny, the 200 was really easy to place it on every apex perfectly (because it was slow)
I reckon the middle one might be able to get a bit closer to the 320...
i was thinking this car is really easy to drive, but then i realised i was in the 200 (I did a 1.14)
into the 11's with the 320 but i think there was a lot of room for improvement.
