i just cant be arsed with mine, i spend 13 hours cleaning, claying waxing etc, drive 3 mile to work and its filthy again, no point tbh im gonna concentrate in mechanical parts this year

we also run high comp pistons and itb's and its a weapon. pulls like a train from 3k :D

we run them on standard spring in rally car iirc but stand alone ecu but if daz said henk has 422 map for rs tuner then sounds promising, will rev to 7800 nicely and has loads of grunt low down :D

was getting close to needing pads now the front struts wishbones hubs disks calipers driveshafts and anti roll bar are all on workshop floor :S

+1 and although cat cams seccomend using double springs, the ones they supply dont fit and are not needed untill your bouncing off 9k anyways ;)
