Dad had these done for his car (now the wheels/tyres are worth more than my track car lol) think they were about £150 ish a wheel not 100% sure first pic is crap lol (I didn't take it) but the other two are decent.
Cheers gonna have a look at Magic Detail might even call over and see some of his work. I used to use a guy in Preston a couple of times (not the one mentioned), 1st when he was starting off and was very good hence going back to him and we had two cars done the 2nd time and just couldn't justify...
Anybody recommend any VERY GOOD detailer's in the north west area I have used a few so far between me and my dad and just not been impressed for £500+ they charged even on brand new cars that were done in the dealer before hand over and needed minimal correction. Just trying to gauge now as I'm...
I have cleaned as much of the crap and old paint and freed off the seized slider on the set of calipers I have bought for attempting to refurbish myself but I think they need sandblasting to bring them up cleaner. Any ideas on what I need to do before I have them blasted as in holes to block up...
I'm also looking at doing a set of calipers I have. I'm gonna strip them and throw them in the engine parts washer and degrease them tonight in work. Are the stainless bleed nipples above correct for replacement of my old ones if I need them?
It was a very good show. If I book enough in advance next year and it's cheap enough (cost me and my dad £200 each this year due to last moment deciding to go and return flight being £140 going out was only £40)
Lol reading these rattles and niggles you lot are having with your Fiestas are making my decision on ordering the new Focus RS even harder luckily it's a few months until the order book opens I think.... coming from having BMW for the last 6/7 years and possibly going Ford is doing my head in lol.
Apparently Renault can't give them away lol they seem chubby little things and I'm not a massive fan of the looks.
Be good to see what you think of it after a decent test drive though would like a test just too see how they drive, how's the engine and gearbox? Supposed to be pretty nippy.
Sat in that many different cars it got confusing lol and my dad was camera man for the day I just copied the pics off his camera lol.
Also I sat in the clio and maybe it was just because it was a left hand drive but the peddles felt ridiculously close together (it was the flappy paddle with no...
No but if I remember right the clio had similar seats in if you look in the back of the picture with the recaros in I think you can just make out the sloped rear of the Megane. Photo bucket uploaded all my pictures in the wrong order so that's why some are not in the right place.
Yeah most of the Manor stuff was a bit gaff although I did (shamefully admits) like that Matt blue Mercedes coupe. Although I'm thinking of a Focus RS myself when the order book a opens in a couple of months. Seeing it in the flesh it looked very nice just £30k+ on a focus seems a lot lol I...
*VERY PIC HEAVY*
Pictures from my trip to the 85th Geneva Motorshow. First few are the Renault then the rest lol Photobucket uploaded them all in any order it seemed to want so they're not in the best order. About 200 pictures (have LOADS of the new R8 V10 plus as my dad has a 63 plate V10 plus...
I sent a email with the information I wanted ma be 5/6 questions then I would ring after that or arrange a viewing, save me speaking to 3 people and asking the same questions over again, I've just sold a car myself and had loads of stupid emails but took me all of about 10 seconds too reply with...
Lol I do I hate speaking on the phone genuinely I dunno why, just don't understand why people can't type a few lines and answer my questions, then if it's worth it I might ring or do what I prefer and go to speak to someone face to face.
