Aye I've done it, still got the kit if you wanna know what to buy (the cheapest one because they're all the same)
I've done 5 trackdays and thousands of miles on my repair
Read from this post onwards about how to do it
Post in thread 'Monaco 172 Track Car'...
It says to me there's an issue between the screen and the head unit
Usually plugging them in if it's the wrong one you'd get "ERROR" on the screen. I'm sure when someone put a Megane headunit in mine it came up with that
Unless he has a super duper rare 172 cup in gonna assume it's an 03 or 53 plate car which should be a TunerList head unit
The fact that the other radio was a non sticky finish tells me someone has been farting about before Andy has. Do you get any signs of life with the TunerList Andy?
Aye they're like that, usually ending up bottom of the board because they're mongs
Thanks for the tag Russ, you've just increased my blood pressure at the thought of dealing with them 😂
I bought left handed drillbits and extractors. In future make sure to get the nipples hotr and work them back and forth
I've probably done 50 sets of Megane calipers over the years and they're utter c***s to do. All the BMW calipers I've had have been sound
The laguna one wont fit mate, needs to be a clio one. I've tried interchanging Megane ones but they don't work
Rare because it's an UpdateList so post 2005 and it has the screen. Not many cars had them so I suspect it's from a Laguna/Megane too
Tyres off, acid dipped, blasted, Powder coated as well as it being a sparkle finish, tyres back on and balanced. And they're absolutely mint, not a single imperfection in the finish. These are 19"
£240. Anything over £500 is taking the royal piss!
