Lemforder make genuine parts for Citroen and Peugot. Yes this will fit. As for inner tie rods you want FirstLine FTR5277, they for a kangoo van but they are a pretty close fit, think they 5mm longer. Can get them about £18 each.

Like I said; mine clicks but not looking into it as my inner tie rods need changing so once they done and if the problem is still there will look into it. As said above though, about the pinch bolts is taking more force as it's turning the column not the actual rack seems a good possible...

I have a knock in the rack at the moment, sounds like a loud click. Can hear it at certain points when turning the wheel.

Should Clear as standard

The pinch bolt has tabs on it either side. The tabs slide into one of the notches on the rack.

This is true. Just not everyone are in a position to have their car off the road whilst your box is being rebuilt. On the other hand; you could buy a second hand box and send that of to be rebuilt

If it's a 172 cup box you will need to blank the speedo drive but I can guarantee of you buy a second hand box it don't be out of a cup. So then no modifications

Does anyone else think the location of the oil filter is stupid. The fact it is tilted backwards so pours all it's contents over the block whilst you undoing it ?

Oh and another thing; have you fitted the spacer to the back of the disc as that will cause it sit closer into the hub

Did you wind the piston in? Slide the calliper back and lined the little tabs on the back of the pas with the grooves on the piston ?

Strange that it is bent as they are cast so would rather snap than bend. Strange
