Hang on, just checked and no leaks under the car but seems to be some oil sitting on top of the inlet mani. Sure i've read that this is a common problem? Or am I mistaken and have another problem to cure!

Mine has had oils service at 14k, 24k and 35k (mid December had Elf 5W40). Now it has covered 37k and very low already. Either was not topped up quite enough when I had the service or it is drinking oil! Anyone confirm this is normal? Car is driven 5 days a week almost 60 miles which...

Yep recommended, I had mine cut off the end of the cat and pipe to match Janspeed width added, 2.25" if I remember correctly.

Had mine done at a local fabricators rather than going decat, seems to make a good improvement and well rated by Mark Fish............

Has anyone got any idea what bolt I need to secure standard 172/182 airbox to the bracket? Thinking it is 10mm but have no idea! Thanks

And not the increase in rev limit from 6750 (i think) to 7500? Spoke to a Renault Tech yesterday (he has owned 13 RS Clio's) and said that the increase in rev limit may have slightly moved the engine and top mount may need adjusting? Thoughts? May just upgrade dogbone bushes but will see...

Took it into local Protyre and one of my rear exhausts mounts was shot so likely the exhaust movement is causing this. They found slight metal to metal contact from the manifold to the subframe but dogmount seemed in good order. Wondering if it is worth replacing the bushes in this to reduce...

I think that washer blanks look fine in black, not really a fan of all the colour coding!

Before you decide think about how you are going to drive it. I do a 30 mile commute each way in the Trophy and miss the comfort of my old 172FF.

Have to agree - the bodywork for a start is likely to have no marks, stone chips, etc. Keep it garaged and it will be a future classic in that condition although its a shame it is not a trophy. ;)
