Easiest way to do it would probably be something like this.. http://www.photobox.co.uk/shop/calendars-and-diaries/desk-calendar I *think* you can share you design. So someone makes it. Adds the pictures in. Then whoever wants one just follows the link and orders. Not the cheapest way...

Realistically, you'll not sell more than 15 I wouldn't have thought. Which is where it costs more money are you're not ordering enough to get the price down. It depends on a load of factors really. If a select few won every month, then yeah. It would be a good idea.
