Just don't spend money on a 1.2 - it's a 1.2! Sell it and use the £1200 to get something with better engine and suspension in the first place. Grr

If the 172 is too much to insure maybe compromise with a 1.6 16v Clio, or 106 GTi/Rallye?

For example, RGB scart separates the pic across three cables by colour, which offers great improvements. Soooo many people have their Sky boxes in PAL and it looks poo. RGB all the way. (unless you have components, etc)
