device manager > sounds, video, game controllers, sound card will be listed there, but i'd check sound effect manager first, tbh

could be that you have a sound effect manager and karaoke mode is on

alright ben, i'd be quite surprised if the tv didnt have a pc input tbh, and that diagram doesn't mention scart either it must have scart, vga will be ok on a big tv,

vga to component reduces quality, have a look on avforums but from there it seems vga to scart would be your best option, hope this helps, this should do the job...

cant do it without quite a expensive converter as vga is analogue and hdmi is digital,

it would be 18:00 - 17:00 in a cell, so say =a1-a2, then change the cell with the formula to display a time format. hope that helps
