pretty strieght foward to do it yourself really, and will save alot of time and effort! just remember only to spray the non-painted bits lol, will need to do some rubbing down if you want them smooth like the bumper as the bump strips are textures (orange peel type) bit of primer, bit of paint...

if you want the hole bumper resprayed probly looking at about £200 - £250 ish depending on where you go for both bumpers, but thats cheaper then buying the wings, bumpers, archliners, bonnet and headlights and gettin them sprayed lol.

for the front you will need wings, bumper and archliners. much cheaper to get your bumpers colourcoded

i like em, just black or anthracite tho
