    From a broken e91 325i to a Moon Mileage 335d ...

Also what spacers are you using? The rear wheels sit horribly on the pre facelift, need to rectify that

Looking good mate. The touring is brilliant as a luggage loader. Mine has new run flats all round (Michelin I believe) and I’ve found them ok. Is the ride noticeably better on standard tyres?

I’ve no idea tbh. I have the n53 engine which is in the facelift anyway

I’m loving it to be honest. I had an e39 3 litre auto before and it was very sluggish. This auto is much more responsive and gear changes are noticeably quicker

It’s always interesting seeing what you’ll buy. Genuinely doesn’t even surprise me what you’ll drive around in?

Depends what you’re looking at. Anywhere from maybe £2500-£8000

I prefer the look of the estate for sure but they are hard to come by and my budget couldn’t stretch any further sadly. Add to that the other half reckons it’s as large as a herse ?

Cheers Kev! Was potentially gonna message you about some bodywork but may be cheaper just buying second hand parts

Dread to think what was paid over 12 years in warranty! Well I suppose 9 years. Not cheap anyway but some good things have been covered under warranty so it’s nice to have that covered

Autotrader. I would say Xenons and Nav are must haves. Most are poorly specced out there. Comfort access is superb but I think a rare option (£450). Everything else is just preference.

Another new car thread but I’m definitely keeping this one as I love it already. It’s an e90 330i (n53) auto Sparkling graphite Bought it from the original owner. I have the original invoice and it has in the region of £8000 worth of options lol. - Xenons - Comfort access - never had this...

Why is everyone fitting 15 inch wheels?

With the right drop 15s look great too. On standard suspension they look poo

    BMW gurus

As above the sidewall is soft as s**t. They kind of collapse on themselves, that’s how they’re well rated in the wet. I don’t think they’re suited to heavier cars. Think it one of the reasons they work well on the clio is the low weight.

Clio 172 Cup, blown motor advice

Bad luck mate. I’ve never heard of that issue either to be fair. What’s the mileage and when was the last oil change? It looks a good one, is it off here?

They’re very nice cars, reliable too. Have you done much to it? I’ve had an inspection 2 and wheel alignment done at an Indy. Weighted gearknob and cdv too. Will also be doing gearbox oil. Not sure if you have any issues but not sure if ours is lowered. It does feel very low at the front.

    R.S. 18 future classic?

Sadly not. Has to be a bit more special than what’s offered. Something genuinely different and unique always works. E46 CSL: for obvious reasons V6 clio: wild, very different Trophy: it’s in a lower class of ‘sought after’ and more expensive though but does have a few bits that make it a bit...
