No worries at least now you can understand what all the fuss is about.
You also have an idea of what to look for;)
Tommy does go well & on roads like my test route i'm still amased how much you can push on;)
You also see my dilema as to what to replace him with:cry:
Nice to meet you.
Possibly, but climate & a few other issues are putting me off.
I had it once before sold a mint MK2 16v Golf to get the lastest version, the MK 3 & what apile of s**t that turned out to be.
Ask this ? on CT as many have come from 172's & 182's.
I have the opposite dilema, what to swap the trophy for:eek:
The Trophy on wet roads is awesome, i live surrounded by some excellent b roads to test on;)
So many on here have problems with warranty claims & wonder why.
If your dealer has not seen your car for 2-3 years why should they put themselves out to fight for warranty work when the time comes??
Yes, they were designed to solely to cover uk 'b' as quick as possible.
Info from Bernard head of RS Motorsport at RWS 06.
The turn in & handling are excellent:hail:
Toying with changing Tommy, so is it better to return to standard or not?
Only performance mods are Yozzasport cat back & Maxogen. These are considered to be the best mods anyway:S
Brakes are uprated all round but this in my eyes is a must as the standards are crap.
