    inlet ia diffent the 172 has a push fit vac pipe on the back and the 182 has a clip pipe fitment

    may last to 182 i could get 31 with my eyes closed. used to see 40 plus no probs. Fred that is bad do they use tools or tipex?

    oh you see the spring tensioner by the alternator you can you a 3/8 rachet and a very small extension and push it towards the back to the engine it will allow you to do it
