Hmm, think my worry with that stuff is that he's mentioned that you need to remove it sharpish from areas where it's not supposed to be. So if you get some splatter on the bodywork after driving for a bit, is it going to stain, or be a total pain in the hole to remove?
Where would be the best place to educate myself on what goes on top of what? By that I mean, polish, wax, sealant etc. What order? If the answers are in here then that's great I'll go looking. Just didn't want to read 264 pages and not find what I'm after lol.
For selling my vRS all I did...
Changed my mind. It's now up for sale. Don't be shy folks, form an orderly queue...

An update for any who's interested. Just used some SRP and they've hidden them. So job done. Of course I'd forgotten about the deeper scratches from the bike carrier (which was used against my advice) so hopefully the guy doesn't notice them. Used some SRP as well but they're still visible but...
Cracking looking motor. I do sometimes wish I'd opted for an R32 instead of the Mk2 Focus ST I had.
They'll do it because they're - almost - fully LED and given the popularity of LEDs these days, I'd guess they think it gives a fresher look. I personally like the LEDs but understand the love...
How much privacy are you expecting to have driving around in a box of which all four sides are partially made of glass?
They have their place and I can see the benefits. Certainly a lot of videos on YouTube and the like appear to have been fitted by people who have some form of God complex...
Thanks all.
The Revo one was just a normal 220PS I believe. The 245PS model is the new one that's coming out to replace the 230PS special ed. The facelift car now comes with 230PS as standard. But yeah, some power out of it. Probably a bit much for the daily commute lol. Never found it to be...
UPDATE: March 2017
So thought I'd post a short update for anyone that's interested.
The car is now three years old with a little over 36,000 miles on the clock. I still love it as much as the day I picked it up. Was in for an MOT last week and passed which wasn't a surprise really.
Served...
Hi all. Looking for a bit of advice. My wife's car has two handprints on one of the doors from where one of the kids has touched it when they had sun cream on. Is there any way to hide them? I don't want to go to great lengths to remove them as the car is being handed back in a few weeks, I...
I've been able to get Office through my employers discount (past 3 have offered it). Usually about £10 or something. Might be worth asking, assuming you're not self employed.
The wee lad did have it but as pretty much all apps are now incompatible due to the iPad only going up to iOS 5 it became useless to him. We got him a mini at Christmas to replace it.
Hmm. Not a bad idea for the photo frame. Not sure where I'd put it though. Music player would be good if you could get Apple Music streaming service on it but you can't.
It did cross my mind if it'd go up in value a bit. Not enough to retire on but a bit would be nice.
Anyone else still got an original iPad 1? If so, what are you using it for? I still have one and for some reason I'm not wanting to get rid of it like I do my other Apple devices I no longer use. It does seem to be borderline useless now. Can't download any apps as they all require a later...
Is there a way to get the iOS calendar to alert you before an event finishes? Let's say I have an even in my calendar for the kids. It's from 12:00 to 13:00. What I want is an alert at 11:50 say, to drop them off then another alert at 12:50 to pick them up. Does such a thing exist either in the...
The above is certainly worth a shot. I pitched up at the Edinburgh store 20 mins before it opened at 9. Third in the place and got an on the spot appointment for a screen replacement. Had the handset back by 10. Online was fully booked.
They'll be referring to cameras for lane assistance etc etc.
On a separate note, heated windscreens are available on many cars these days. Not just Fords.
